Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

Return Request

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery after contacting the support team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses and certain personal-use optical products may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed according to our policy.
