✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Contact lenses once opened or used
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, store credit may be offered
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved
  • Approved refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • JazzCash
    • EasyPaisa
  • Refund processing time is 5–7 working days

👉 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank or mobile wallet.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by Optical Plaza
  • For all other cases, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in order restrictions
